The University Police Customer Satisfaction Survey at NC State is administered every three years to a randomly selected sample of students, faculty, and staff. The survey gathers feedback on university police services and campus safety. Data from the survey are used by the University Police Department to assess and improve their services, as well as for national accreditation standards. The survey is available from Monday, November 8 through Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Students, faculty and staff who have been randomly selected to participate in the survey will receive an email from Chief House with their unique link to access the online survey.
