ORCID Integration with Digital Measures Now Available

What is an ORCID? Here is a brief description from their website: “ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between you and your professional activities ensuring that your work is recognized.”

Once you register your ORCID, or if you already have one, the ability to connect your ORCID account with Digital Measures is now available. When you add citations to your ORCID record you can then reuse the information in Digital Measures and many other systems which integrate with ORCID. Just use your ORCID when you publish and your ORCID record will be automatically updated. Much like existing Digital Measures connections, such as Web of Science, this new integration with ORCID will allow you to import your citations, keep your information current, and ease the data entry burden. Detailed instructions on how to connect your accounts has been written by Digital Measures and can be found through the link below.
