Spring 2024 Employee Engagement Survey (EES) results are now available

 The EES is a UNC System Office initiative in which all campuses in the system are required to participate every two years. Reports with division/college-specific results have been sent directly to the respective senior leaders. Data and documentation on the ISA website include

• Presentation slides with background information on the survey, response rates, NC State overall results, high-level results broken out by various demographic and job characteristics, and trends.
• An interactive dashboard, with charts and tables of results filterable by, e.g., year of survey administration, job category, years at NC State, and faculty rank.
