NC State’s strategic plan, Wolfpack 2030, is operationalized through implementation plans. Each implementation plan is an opportunity for the university to identify and communicate high-level, priority initiatives that contribute to meeting our seven strategic goals.

Institutional Strategy and Analysis (ISA) supports university implementation planning by

• leading the process to create new implementation plans;
• connecting regularly with implementation plan initiative contacts about their progress and barriers;
• reporting on progress as requested by senior leadership; and,
• sharing insights about initiatives and cross-cutting observations with the university community.
