The Institutional Strategy and Analysis office is responsible for administering or facilitating the administration of institution-wide surveys of NC State employee. Colleges and divisions across campus use results to assess and improve employee well-being and engagement, and in recruitment and retention efforts. - Faculty Surveys: Collaboration on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Survey
A triennial, national survey (e.g., Spring 2015, Spring 2018) of pre-tenured, tenured, and professional track faculty
- Staff Surveys: Staff Well-Being Survey
A locally developed survey of all permanent, full-time non-instructional staff, administered about every five years (e.g., Spring 2008, Spring 2014)
- Employee Engagement Survey
A biennial (e.g., Spring 2018, Spring 2020) UNC system-wide survey of all permanent, full-time employees
