Next Implementation Plan

The following actions and timeline will be used to create the FY25-27 Implementation Plan.

2023

Summer	Review existing sources for potential initiatives, including original task force reports and post-COVID task force reports.
October	Provide Cabinet with an overview of this process. Invite the university community to provide high-level input on strategic plan implementation.

2024

February	Convene the FY22-24 Implementation Plan contacts for a facilitated input process.
April	Present a draft plan to Cabinet for review and feedback.
May/June	Share final plan with Cabinet.
July	Post the FY25-27 Implementation Plan online.
August	Announce the FY25-27 implementation plan to returning faculty, staff and students.

2025

April

Present the FY25-27 implementation plan to the Board of Trustees.
