The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), administered by the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is a national survey designed to collect information from faculty (tenured, pre-tenured, and professional track) on a range of issues identified as critical to their success, and to provide peer data to institutions to enhance their recruitment and retention efforts. This page points to information about and results from this study. Reports will be added as they become available.
