The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Spring 2015 Faculty Satisfaction Survey

The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), administered by the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is a national survey designed to collect information from pre-tenure and tenured faculty on a range of issues identified as critical to their success, and to provide peer data to institutions to enhance their recruitment and retention efforts. Although peer data is not available through COACHE for non-tenure track faculty (NTT), NC State’s NTTs are also invited to participate in the survey. The page points to information about and results from this study. Reports will be added as they become available.
