The 2024 Incoming First Year and Transfer Student Surveys are now live

The 2024 Incoming First Year and Transfer Student Surveys are now live and will be collecting responses until early September. These annual surveys capture invaluable insights into the experiences incoming students, including:

  • The journey through the application and admission process
  • Reasons for attending NC State
  • Interests and expectations regarding their undergraduate education

Eligible students will receive email invitations to participate shortly after attending their New Student Orientation session over the summer. As a token of appreciation for their time and input, participants who complete the survey by the September 4 deadline will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one of several gift cards. Results for past first year and transfer cohorts are available on the ISA survey website.
