Accessing Qualtrics at NC State

Welcome to Qualtrics at NC State! The Office of Institutional Research and Planning is excited to offer this dynamic survey software tool to our faculty, staff and students and hopes that you find it useful in your research and studies. Please use the links below to either sign in to your existing Qualtrics account or create a new account. Note: You must register for Qualtrics through the ISA registration process in order to access all the features that our University license offers.

If you have questions about using Qualtrics, please:

If you created a Qualtrics account outside of the ISA registration process using your NCSU email address, your account will have limited permissions. See the FAQ page for instructions on moving your account to the NC State license.
